1 About Wenjoy
Wenjoy.ae is an online short-term rental marketplace operating in the United Arab Emirates, connecting property owners and vendors with guests seeking short-term accommodation. Wenjoy acts as an intermediary platform and is not itself a property owner, landlord, or accommodation provider.
Wenjoy is operated in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Our registered contact is info@wenjoy.ae, and our legal correspondence address is Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a booking, listing a property, or using any service offered on Wenjoy.ae, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You will use the platform in compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
3 User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@wenjoy.ae of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.2 Account Types
Wenjoy operates with four distinct user roles: Admin, Vendor (Property Host), Agent (Reseller), and Customer (Guest). Each role is subject to its own specific policies and responsibilities as detailed throughout these Terms and in the respective role-specific policy pages.
3.3 Account Termination
Wenjoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or to the platform.
4 Booking Process
All bookings made through Wenjoy.ae are subject to the following process:
- Authorization (Hold): Upon booking, your payment is authorized and placed on hold. No money is immediately deducted from your account.
- Confirmation: Once the availability is verified and the booking is confirmed by the vendor, the payment is captured (charged).
- Confirmation Email: A booking confirmation email is sent to the guest with full property details, location, and stay information upon successful capture.
A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the booking confirmation email. Wenjoy does not guarantee availability until this confirmation is issued.
5 Payment Terms
All prices displayed on Wenjoy.ae are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Wenjoy does not store full card details on its servers.
The total booking amount includes the property nightly rate, applicable fees, and platform charges. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the relevant party under UAE law.

6 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by property and category. Each property listing clearly displays whether it is refundable, non-refundable, or subject to a time-based cancellation policy. Guests are strongly advised to review the cancellation policy of each specific property before confirming a booking.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method. For full details, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7 Guest Responsibilities
Guests using Wenjoy.ae agree to:
- Treat all properties with care and respect.
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the property listing.
- Comply with the property rules set by the vendor, including check-in and check-out times.
- Pay any security deposit directly to the vendor at check-in as required.
- Not use the property for any illegal activity, party, or event unless explicitly permitted.
- Report any pre-existing damage to the vendor at check-in to avoid being held liable.

8 Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors listing properties on Wenjoy.ae agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date property information, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability.
- Honour all confirmed bookings made through the platform.
- Treat all guests with respect and without discrimination.
- Maintain properties to the standard described in their listing.
- Keep their bank account details accurate in their vendor profile for timely payouts.
- Comply with all UAE property rental laws, licensing, and regulations.

9 Agent Responsibilities
Agents (resellers) registered on Wenjoy.ae agree to:
- Be at least 20 years of age and hold a valid UAE marketing licence or permit where required.
- Promote Wenjoy properties only in accordance with UAE marketing laws and regulations.
- Not use Wenjoy branding or property listings in any marketing activity without proper authorisation and applicable permits.
- Operate transparently and ethically in all client-facing activities.

10 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Wenjoy platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempting to circumvent the platform by transacting directly with vendors or guests outside of Wenjoy.
- Scraping, copying, or reproducing any content from the platform without written permission.
- Using the platform to facilitate any illegal activity under UAE law.
- Harassment, abuse, or discrimination against any user, vendor, agent, or Wenjoy staff member.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system, promotions, or referral programs.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on Wenjoy.ae, including but not limited to the logo, website design, text, graphics, images, software, and code, is the intellectual property of Wenjoy or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from Wenjoy.
12 Limitation of Liability
Wenjoy acts as a marketplace intermediary. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Wenjoy shall not be liable for:
- The accuracy of property listings, descriptions, or vendor-provided information.
- Any loss, damage, or injury suffered at a listed property.
- Disputes between guests and vendors regarding security deposits, property condition, or services.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
- Payment delays or errors resulting from incorrect bank details provided by vendors or agents.
Wenjoy's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total booking amount paid by the guest for the relevant booking.
13 Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
14 Changes to These Terms
Wenjoy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.
15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, in accordance with applicable federal and emirate-level legislation.
All parties agree to strictly comply with UAE legal requirements and to resolve any disputes through the appropriate legal channels in the UAE.
