1 Our Commitment
Wenjoy.ae strives to ensure that our website and digital services are accessible and inclusive. We believe that everyone — regardless of ability or disability — should be able to access information about our properties, make bookings, and use our platform with ease.
We are aware that our current platform may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards, and we are committed to improving this over time.
2 Current Accessibility Status
At the time of publishing this statement, Wenjoy.ae does not yet have dedicated built-in accessibility features such as screen reader optimisation, high contrast modes, or adjustable font size controls. We acknowledge this limitation and it is a priority area for future development.
However, the Wenjoy website is built on standard HTML/CSS and is broadly compatible with most modern browsers and the native accessibility tools they support, including:
- Browser-level text zoom and font size adjustment (available in all major browsers).
- Keyboard navigation for core functions.
- Operating system-level accessibility tools (e.g., Windows Narrator, macOS VoiceOver) which may work with portions of our site.
3 Known Limitations
We are currently aware of the following limitations on our platform from an accessibility perspective:
- Not all images include descriptive alternative text (alt text).
- Colour contrast may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards in all areas of the site.
- Some interactive elements may not be fully optimised for keyboard-only navigation.
- Screen reader compatibility has not been fully tested across all platform sections.
We are committed to addressing these issues progressively as we continue to develop the platform.

If you are experiencing difficulty using any part of the Wenjoy.ae platform due to a disability or accessibility need, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Our support team can:

- Provide information about specific properties in an alternative format if needed.
- Address any accessibility-related feedback or complaints you may have.

5 Accessible Properties
Some properties listed on Wenjoy.ae may be suitable for guests with physical disabilities or mobility requirements. However, Wenjoy does not currently have a standardised accessibility classification for properties. Guests with specific accessibility requirements are strongly advised to:
- Review the property listing carefully, including photos and the full description.
- Contact Wenjoy support at support@wenjoy.ae before booking to enquire whether a specific property meets their needs.
- Communicate directly with the vendor where possible to confirm accessibility features such as step-free access, lift availability, or ground floor accommodation.
Wenjoy is not liable if a property does not meet a guest's accessibility requirements where those requirements were not verified prior to booking.

We welcome feedback from users about the accessibility of our platform. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, please let us know so we can work to address them. Your feedback directly informs our accessibility improvement roadmap.

7 Our Improvement Roadmap
Wenjoy is committed to making ongoing improvements to platform accessibility. Our planned accessibility improvements include:
- Adding comprehensive alt text to all property images and platform graphics.
- Improving colour contrast ratios throughout the site to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Enhancing keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements.
- Testing the platform with screen reader software and addressing identified issues.
- Introducing an accessibility filter in property search to help users find suitable properties.
