Wenjoy.ae operates as a marketplace intermediary connecting property vendors with guests. Wenjoy is not a property owner, landlord, or accommodation provider. We do not own, manage, or control any of the properties listed on the platform.
All property listings, descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, and amenity information are provided directly by vendors. Wenjoy does not independently verify all vendor-provided information and cannot guarantee its accuracy.
2 Vendor Responsibility for Listing Accuracy
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their property listings, including:
- Property descriptions, photos, and advertised features.
- Pricing, fees, and availability calendars.
- House rules, check-in procedures, and restrictions.
- Legal compliance with UAE short-term rental regulations and licensing requirements.
Wenjoy shall not be held responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or misleading information in vendor-provided listings.
3 No Guarantee of Availability
The display of a property on Wenjoy.ae does not constitute a guarantee of availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an official booking confirmation email following successful payment capture.
4 Financial Information Disclaimer
All prices are subject to change at the vendor's discretion. Wenjoy is not responsible for currency fluctuations, bank charges, or fees imposed by your financial institution.
Wenjoy accepts no responsibility for failed, delayed, or incorrect payments resulting from inaccurate or outdated bank details submitted by vendors or agents. It is the sole responsibility of each vendor and agent to ensure their banking information is accurate and kept up to date at all times.
5 Property Condition & Guest Experience
Wenjoy does not inspect properties and cannot guarantee that any property will meet a guest's personal expectations. The experience at any listed property is the responsibility of the vendor. Disputes regarding property condition or vendor conduct should be reported to support@wenjoy.ae.
6 Third-Party Links & Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites provided for convenience only. Wenjoy does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is done entirely at your own risk.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Wenjoy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Wenjoy platform.
- Any property stay booked through the platform, including personal injury or property damage.
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content.
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
- Disputes between guests, vendors, or agents.
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing on Wenjoy.ae constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Users should seek independent professional advice for decisions of a legal, financial, or regulatory nature.
9 Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
