The reservation cannot be canceled, only postponed. In case of postponement, please notify us at least one week in advance. The payments made are non-refundable, but the reservation can be rescheduled for future dates if we are informed one week before the scheduled date.
Obligation to pay damage insurance: 1000 dirhams [the amount will be returned after the guest has left and the lounge has been inspected and made sure that there are no damages or breaches of the laws listed, within 24 hours of the time of departure.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, cancellation is not permitted.
