A damage insurance fee of 1000 dirhams is required. This amount will be refunded within 24 hours of your departure, after the lounge has been inspected to ensure there are no damages or violation
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for rescheduling.
To amend your reservation, please make changes at least 10 days before the check-in date for a refund eligibility.
Cancellations or amendments requested within 10 days of the check-in date will not qualify for a refund.
No-shows or early departures will not be eligible for rescheduling.
