The reservation cannot be canceled, only postponed. In case of postponement, please notify us at least one week in advance. The payments made are non-refundable, but the reservation can be rescheduled for future dates if we are informed one week before the scheduled date

To secure your booking at our farmhouse, we kindly request an advance payment for each reservation, along with a refundable deposit of 1000 AED. This deposit ensures that any potential damages or extra charges can be covered, and it will be returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the property after your stay.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, cancellation is not permitted.
